The Year 2 Worship Leaders worked hard to prepare for the service and did an excellent job leading us in worship. There were reminders about taking time to reflect during the busy time leading up to Christmas as well as an explanation about the symbolism behind the Advent Wreath.: The circle shape has no beginning or end, like God; the green leaves remind us of our Hope in God; The 5 candles are lit one each week during Advent and the final one on Christmas Day. The worship leaders admitted to feeling nervous and excited before the Service started but by the time they had finished they felt proud!

It was lovely to share this act of worship with the parents who were able to join us in church.
