Year 1 have been learning all about recycling and reusing this term and were really excited to have a visit from Neil Wragg of Ragsto Bags and BBC Money for Nothing. Neil creates bags from upcycled materials including leather jackets, coffee sacks, sails and more.

He talked to the children about upcycling and reusing fabrics and then helped them all to make their own shopping bag from an old t-shirt. As you can see from the photographs we had great fun making our upcycled bags!
