The children were very busy over two mornings tidying, cleaning and weeding in the Gardens in Institute Road. They picked litter, swept the paths and cleaned the sundial. The Mayor popped in to see what they were doing and thanked the children for their work.

This half-term we have been thinking about our school value of Service and each year group is undertaking an Act of Service for the local community. We have been talking in worship about what Service means and how we can use our gifts to serve God and to serve others.
