This week has been British Science Week and the theme this year has been 'Time'. 

The week started with a science-themed school worship led by Mrs Browning, our science subject lead, and throughout the week all year groups had some specially planned lessons.

We had some parents who very kindly offered to come in and share their science knowledge with us throughout the week. We had a food scientist, a doctor, a helicopter pilot and a chocolate maker!

We also welcomed some A-level science students from Borlase on Wednesday afternoon. They helped the children with some impressive practical experiments in the hall. There was a real atmosphere of excitement in the school and the pupils really had their curiosity ignited!

We would like to thank Mrs Browning for planning such an exciting science week for the children.
