The weather was perfect for the Year 2 visit to Mop End where the children investigated several habitats including woodland and ponds, discovering what animals live there and why. 

In the woods, the children hunted under dead logs and leaves to find the insects that live there, and they also did some pond-dipping. 

The trip was a great success, and we would like to thank the Year 2 team and all the parent volunteers for joining us on the trip.
